Samantha is about to wager $3000 on a Daily Double and answer correctly. This was my peak. I never answered another question correctly. *sigh*

I'm back...

The elephant, she taunts me. Laughing at my pathetic attempts to create a mental map of Seattle. Snickering at my inability to keep track of a 500-foot tall monument. Drowning my attempts to find my hotel. She is a cruel elephant.

So the guy at the liquor store tells me that Jones Soda tells him that Lemon Drop Soda has been discontinued. Harrumph. Last I looked, it was still listed on their website. Dang. It's what I get for having eclectic taste, I guess. (At least I have a stockpile of "Kosher for Passover" Coca-Cola. Mmmm, sucrose.)

It begins...

You know, I invented blogging. No really.
I was thinking how cool it would be for
everyone I know (and even some I do not
know) to see what I'm up to every day. I
just didn't do anything about it. So I watched
with some amalgam of amusement, regret,
horror, and mystification when the whole
blogging thing took off.

And now, I've joined. Just to be able to post
over at Crossword Bebop.
